Dear Customer
We would like to reassure you that Jameson’s are concerned for the safety of our visitors, staff and customers. For animal welfare reasons the continuing supply of feed and animal health products to our customers is our greatest concern and needs to be our priority. As such we are implementing rules to prevent and reduce the close interaction between staff, customers and visitors to help reduce the spread of the virus. We are following the advice given and implementing all government guidelines.
It is therefore with great regret that the decision has been made to close our retail country store with immediate effect to all non-account holders.
Cash customers requiring animal feeds, horse feeds, animal health products please phone the store 01765 680215, we will take a card payment, and either deliver the product or arrange for you to collect at a designated point.
Our farm account holders can continue to use the warehouse side entrance. Please follow all the precautions we have in place and help us to keep fellow customers and staff healthy.
Farm Collections
Farm account holders are strongly advised to phone our office 01765 689666 or the store 01765 680215 before collecting goods. This means we are able to pick your order and have it ready for your collection.
If you are a farm account holder and self-isolating but require goods from the store, please do not visit. Instead please contact us on 01765 689666 and where possible we will try and accommodate your needs.
The feed mill, retail and offices are closed to all visitors, but a team of staff remains on hand to answer the phone and handle any enquiries. Our administrative team are working from home, as are our farm representatives who are only making essential visits to farms by appointment.
Farm Deliveries
We are regularly cleaning and sanitising all vehicles.
Special precautions are in place for delivery vehicles and drivers, but we request that customers receiving deliveries do keep the safe and the advised 2m distance from our staff.
Farm customers, if you are self-isolating please contact our office or your representative about near or future bulk and bagged deliveries of feed so we can plan ahead to help you.
Please do not come to our premises to collect, instead call the office on 01765 689666 or your representative. We will follow any precautions necessary to safely deliver to you.
Our Cabins at Leyburn and Northallerton Auction Marts are closed until further notice to help protect you and our staff, thank you for your understanding in this matter. Thank you
